Our founder’s love began as a child, foraging with family. That joy turned into a business filled with passion.

We’re based in Gardner, Massachusetts, and proud to grow everything locally.


How are your mushrooms grown?

They’re grown indoors, in a carefully controlled environment to ensure consistent quality. Only our Chaga is foraged.


Do you use sustainable practices?

Yes! We recycle all our materials and source everything responsibly to maintain a small environmental footprint.


Has climate change affected you?

Definitely. We’ve had to adapt to wider temperature swings to keep our mushrooms growing strong year-round.


How do you like to cook your mushrooms?

Sautéed in olive oil with sea salt — quick, healthy, and perfect over salads or rice.


What’s the most surprising use of your mushrooms?

A customer makes Lion’s Mane biscuits for her dog, and he’s thriving mentally and physically!
